On the Plate

With an abundance of locally grown produce our chefs make daily visits to the markets to procure the freshest ingredients which are supplemented by the organic herbs and vegetables from our own garden. These are prepared and partnered alongside house baked breads, freshly prepared sauces, signature vinaigrettes, jams and chutneys and specialty charcuterie & cheeses by our passionate kitchen team headed by Chef Dustin Joseph to create an unexpected culinary oasis in the Pai Valley.
