With an abundance of locally grown produce our chefs make daily visits to the markets to procure the freshest ingredients. Where possible we emphasize locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Our remote location encourages us to rely on in house production including all our breads, deserts, sauces, chutneys & dips. Our menu consists of a fun and unusual selection of hot & cold tapas, larger plated Mediterranean inspired dishes based on classic recipes and locally inspired dishes referencing the seasonal produce available.
